Savory roasted pork loin wrapped in prosciutto and served with herb roasted red skin potatoes, sauteed spinach, Katamala olives, red onion and balsamic reduction.

Elk Burger 20
A half pound of New Zealand Elk marinated with soy and ginger, grilled and stacked with avocado, house cured pancetta, tomato, papaya salad, dressed with mango mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and served with house cut French fries.
