12 ounce hand cut strip steak, flame grilled, scented with basil, mint, lemon, and garlic, served with caramelized potatoes, white balsamic marinated kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, and red pearl onions, finished with a roasted tomato and pine nut puree, sprinkled with feta cheese

An airline chicken breast basted with honey mango glaze, served with a side of smash Yukon gold potatoes, creamy turnip puree, and top with mango salsa and drizzled with roasted red pepper oil
