Simmering hot beef stew featuring New Zealand grass fed filet mignon, hearty butternut squash, marble potatoes, pearl onion and smoky guajillo chili puree.

California heirloom tomato salad tossed with extra virgin olive oil, ovalini mozzarella, pine nuts, mixed sakura cress and a stripe of balsamic reduction. 

White Anchovy Brushetta
Two slices of bruchetta topped with blended Italian olives, artichoke hearts, roma tomato, delicious white anchovy, asiago cheese and aromatic julienne basil.

Faro Island Salmon
6oz filet of fresh salmon from the cool waters of the Baltic Sea, tarragon seared and served alongside baby turnips, baby white asparagus and simmering mandarin orange scented broth; garnished with white sturgeon caviar.

Tuscan Strip Steak
A juicy, flamed grilled 12oz USDA choice strip steak rubbed with sweet, black garlic, served over white truffle Tuscan potatoes and topped with grilled artichoke and arugula salad accented with Chevre goat cheese, pickled red onion, extra virgin olive oil, and tangy balsamic reduction.

Chicken Picatta
Slow roasted, herb crusted, half chicken, served over garlic smashed potatoes with oyster mushrooms, topped with a savory, lemon picatta sauce and friend zucchini ribbons.

Paella
A mouth watering blend of prawns, P.E.I. mussels and savory Spanish chorizo, slowly cooked in tangy smoked sofrito alongside artichoke hearts, peas, asparagus and red chilies, topped with aged Manchego cheese and flat leaf parsley.
